AGCM is the newest venture of the Kagazi Group which has been the pioneer of paper industry since 1935.
The brand GCDC aims to provide a sustainable replacement to single-use plastic items along with providing an eco-friendly alternate use for agricultural waste material.

Our Mission
Bagasse tableware, made from the fibrous residue left after sugarcane stalks are crushed for juice extraction, is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional disposable plates and bowls. These products are biodegradable, compostable, and sustainable, making them an excellent choice for reducing plastic waste and promoting a more environmentally friendly dining experience.
We test the strength, durability, and overall craftsmanship to ensure that our products meet safety and performance standards. This includes testing for oil and moisture resistance, adherence to eco-friendly certifications, ensuring that the products are suitable for a variety of culinary applications while aligning with sustainable and environmentally conscious practices. Additionally, checks for uniformity in size, shape, and finish are carried out to maintain consistent quality across the range of bagasse tableware items.
